Atm stole my money and did not receive it back my 340$ gone not returned, definitely atm issue i seen no other issue with other atms of citizens of other locations
I was accompanied with my wife to change our debit cards. We were pleased to meet Mr. Rafael Prz for his dedicated and quick service & most importantly he was explaining more details and making them simple for us to understand.
Stay away from this bank. Three times, they locked my debit card. Once, when I was Christmas shopping and bought a tv over $500. The other two times have been in the past few weeks and again today. I moved to the northwest, so there are no Citixens Banks here, so naturally, I opened accounts with another bank. The two times I transferred several thousand dollars to the new bank, Citizens immediately locked my account even though I told them over the phone that this was what I was going to do. Stole my 208.00$ SSI check,¡!!!¡!! Can't get much lower.a 70 y/o disabled guy , they must think that is funny..a couple of good guys.. Douglas is awesome and his female colleague.there is a gal downstairs who is very professional.
