Over 10 min waiting in line to get some quarters. To. Get. Quarters. Maybe have the employees sitting in their offices assist customers so that those of us needing to deposit/withdraw money can utilize the cashier.
All my experiences at Citizens Bank is Good. Friendly staff, always clean, you don't wait too long for service. I love it!!
Location is always out of service 2 weeks in a row already. Horrible service might as well be closed
