The worst customer service I went to have notarized yesterday but they told me to come tomorrow, I went today they said I have to have appointment they aren’t busy I said I want speak the manager and the manager comes after a little while, she said she can’t do it because I don’t have appointment and I went Bank of America I didn’t even have an account but the did it. this is the worst place than the other citizens bank I have been customer since 2009.
Horrible customer service. I called costumer service about reprinting my card and they said they couldn’t do anything which was totally different to what the customer service person told me therefore going against headquarter orders. I offered to give them my social number as that is a way of identification and they said they couldn’t when under federal law the social security number is a form of identification. They are rude and unhelpful and I would NOT recommend going here at all! The worst Citizens experience I’ve EVER had!
Website says you're open at 9: 00am on Saturday..but you're closed I walked a long way to get here and again you're closed.
