DO NOT USE THIS BRANCH!!!! TELLERS WERE EXTREMELY UNFRIENDLY AND TOLD ME I COULDN'T GET A DEBIT CARD PRINTED AS THE MACHINE WAS BROKEN. ACTUALLY WENT THROUGH THE STEPS OF TRYING TO PRINT UP A CARD WHEN SHE KNEW IT DIDN'T WORK. TELLS ME RUDELY " IS IT A PROBLEM?". RUDE AND CONDESCENDING. WILL GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION.
Do NOT go here if you need to stop at a citizens in the city! Terrible customer service with the tellers, especially the Indian woman. Racially profiled my partner as well when asking for $20 bills
Opening times are incorrect
DONT USE THE ATM. I am a longtime citizens customer, made a ATM deposit at this branch shortly after closing and the ATM shut off mid transaction while attempting to deposit 3 checks (Totalling over $450). The transaction wasn't credited to the account so I called to make a claim and was assured the checks would be found and deposited and the bank issued a temporary credit. Now approx 5 weeks later I receive notice that the bank somehow "can't find" the checks and they are taking back the money originally credited for the tr... read more
