After dealing with incompetence and disrespect at BoA, the tellers graciously coached me on how to handle the BoA tellers down the road who would not cash a check written by one of their customers for absolutely no reason
DO NOT USE THIS BRANCH!!!! TELLERS WERE EXTREMELY UNFRIENDLY AND TOLD ME I COULDN'T GET A DEBIT CARD PRINTED AS THE MACHINE WAS BROKEN. ACTUALLY WENT THROUGH THE STEPS OF TRYING TO PRINT UP A CARD WHEN SHE KNEW IT DIDN'T WORK. TELLS ME RUDELY " IS IT A PROBLEM?". RUDE AND CONDESCENDING. WILL GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION.
Do NOT go here if you need to stop at a citizens in the city! Terrible customer service with the tellers, especially the Indian woman. Racially profiled my partner as well when asking for $20 bills
