Every time I come to this Citi Bank branch, I can never get anything done. Even for simple banking tasks, I’m always told “the system is down,” “come back another day,” or “we can’t process this today.” The service is extremely inefficient, and the staff rarely offers any real solutions. It just causes customers to waste time coming back repeatedly. This has happened multiple times, and the experience is consistently disappointing.
