At this branch, I opened my bank account, and here’s what I can say about this bank and its app: The first dumb thing about this app is that I can’t send money to my Zelle in another bank, even though my phone number is linked to that bank and only my email is linked to Citizens. The second dumb thing is that when I opened my bank account with a promo code, the bank employee never told me that I could also open a savings account, deposit $500 three times within three months, and get $300.
