Bad customer service and not very knowledgeable on the products/services that they offer. I do NOT recommend this branch
I went to this bank to fix a small problem. All I wanted to do was reopen my savings account. And the front desk lady was super nice but the women in the office was talking to this man about LIFE! And I was there for over 15 minutes just hearing them talk about their life and they were laughing and didn’t care about me waiting there. So terrible attention and will not be back.
