I went to this bank to fix a small problem. All I wanted to do was reopen my savings account. And the front desk lady was super nice but the women in the office was talking to this man about LIFE! And I was there for over 15 minutes just hearing them talk about their life and they were laughing and didn’t care about me waiting there. So terrible attention and will not be back.
I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience at this bank. I had fallen behind on my car payments due to medical reasons and needed to make a large payment in cash to release my car from repossession. Following the instructions given by a Citizens Bank agent from the repossession department, I went to the branch to make the payment. It was a horrible experience. I have a business account, and I regret opening it with this bank. I have requested copies of the items that were deposited into my checking account, and now I am unable to get what I need. I needed help from customer service. I called their research department as directed but was waiting for over an hour on hold. I called customer service again, and my call was transferred to the bank.
