Its worst as i booked an appointment for opening a new account. When i reach there, i waited for 15 minutes and then I was told that system is down about only opening new account and it can’t be done right now.

The absolute worst. Went in to close one of my accounts due to checks being stolen and to ensure fraud didn't occur. Was told once I transferred my funds to the new account that the other account was closed. A few withdrawals occurred from merchants which led to the account becoming active again. I went in to understand why the account wan't closed and Janai Wilkerson, without even attempting to assist further, kept stating "It's temporarily closed for 30 days, then it actually closes".
