After 34 years of being an account holder, they informed me that "They had an issue processing master card payments" that went back over a month. Telling me I have to pay again after funds were deducted & put on hold for the items. They were all debit card purchases I made with my bank card. Highly advise looking elsewhere for banking
Nice new location and great looking new branch, staff super friendly an helpful, right on way to MGH an redline stop. Across from MGH medical history museum an beside Harvard garden's. Used to be the hot pot restraunt.
I had an issue with one of the atm machines in this branch but Michael took care of my situation quickly and effectively!!
