The bank is terrible. Claudia Carrion, the branch manager, calls you to open accounts and when you have a problem, she doesn't answer you anymore. A terrible bank. The worst institution embezzled my money.

The branch manager should be embarrassed on how badly this location is ran with unqualified clerks that claim they can’t help with basic bank information. One teller working alone with lines of 7+ people waiting and leaving frustrated after more than 30 minutes in line as 3 other employees watch from afar. I will be leaving this bank
