The branch manager should be embarrassed on how badly this location is ran with unqualified clerks that claim they can’t help with basic bank information. One teller working alone with lines of 7+ people waiting and leaving frustrated after more than 30 minutes in line as 3 other employees watch from afar. I will be leaving this bank
Worst bank. So slow. No one helps. I wish there was another but unfortunately the only Citizens near me. Understaffed and the employees that work here have no courtesy to seeing a long line and I spend no less than 40 minutes each time I come just waiting in line. I am looking to change banks because of this.
Bank opens at 9am. But don’t worry they can’t do anything till 930am. Also the rudest bankers I have ever dealt with.
Amazing team, and fast response. Claudia and her colleagues helped me with all my concerns. It is convenient, has valet parking.
They are no help to customers during hurricane.. not please at all. The worst of all banks. This branch is nothing like the ones in New York. They act different here. Not professional at all. They act like you wrong for coming in..
