Went in, met Rebecca and got told on a Monday she would help me fix an issue I had with another branch. This fix required an update to my account which I provided right away and was told it will take 24 hours. I called daily to check and on Friday afternoon was told it will be fixed by the end of the day. My experiences with Citizens have always been very positive. They always greet me by name and have always been exceedingly helpful
Normally, I do not leave bad reviews. But I was scrolling through this banks reviews and majority of them are bad so I figured I’d add my experience as well. Citizens Bank is awful. Every single time I go to deposit or cash a check it’s something different going on. They play with my money and my time every single time I go in. It took 7 visits to 3 different branches to have my OLD address from 14 YEARS AGO changed. I was on the job in the field and had to get gas. Went to use my citizens bank card that I’ve had for over two years, come to find out it doesn’t work. I tried again still doesn’t work. Funny I know there’s hundreds of dollars in this account….
