The online portal said it was open UNTIL 5 PM. There is no reason for me to come a quarter til and the bank be CLOSED. This is unacceptable and poor oversight of the workers AND the bank. I had a CHECK that I needed to deposit and I CAN'T DO THAT until another day now! This is completely unprofessional. People need access to THEIR MONEY! I have had nothing but positive experiences when banking here. I am always able to get help when needed, very pleasant employees!
Awful bank. The atm gave me a ripped $20 bill and the people inside would not exchange it. They stole $20 from me!!
