Awful bank. The atm gave me a ripped $20 bill and the people inside would not exchange it. They stole $20 from me!!
Citizens Bank - McMurray - Worst customer service ever. 5 employees standing behind the teller line all very rude and not helpful. I left and was seriously thinking about pulling all of my money out of Citizens bank. Decided to go to a different branch - Bethel Park branch- they were very polite, helpful, fullfilled what I originally tried to do in McMurray branch. Do not subject yourself to the rudeness of the Citizens Bank McMurray branch.
