Went to deposit my money and the ATM malfunctioned and didn’t give me anything. My rent was due, so I was on the verge of tears. I went in to talk to an employee, and they couldn’t have cared less, shrugging and laughing like it was a joke. The (European) employee asked if I had money elsewhere to cover my rent, and I told him no, this was all I had. He just shrugged and brushed me off. Horrendous lack of empathy. Hope karma doesn’t bite you

The worst
I absolutely appreciate Citizens Bank and I will let you know why! They've been my go-to bank for about five years and unfortunately I had to take retirement disability early because of an injury I received 2017 that changed my whole life had to cause right knee replacement an injured my lower back as well and nerve endings on the right side of my body!
