I had an outstanding experience with Vishal at Citizens Bank on Summer Street in Boston. He was incredibly helpful, understanding, and compassionate while discussing both my banking needs and some personal circumstances that were impacting my financial situation. Went to deposit my money and the ATM malfunctioned and didn’t give me anything. My rent was due, so I was on the verge of tears. I went in to talk to an employee, and they couldn’t have cared less, shrugging and laughing like it was a joke. The (European) employee asked if I had money elsewhere to cover my rent, and I told him no, this was all I had. He just shrugged and brushed me off. Horrendous lack of empathy. Hope karma doesn’t bite you
