My experience with citizens Bank is up in the air. I thought about opening account with them I'm still undecided. I'd like to ask if a person's driver's license is expired yet they have a state issued gun license identification card with photo and a social security card and credit card and debit card and the driver's license even if it is expired and has no signs of tampering why couldn't I cash my payroll check. This has got to be the WORST citizens in the city. The tellers are SLOW! U Wait in line,,, then they can’t PRINT anything because they don’t know how! What a joke…had to wait Again.. Masheerah at the desk then helped me, she was very friendly & showed great rapport w/customers…. Tellers need to be trained properly here.. inexcusable!!!
