I was having trouble understanding the new changes to my on line debit card banking. I thought of Amy….first thing….she has helped me in the past. She took her time and explained things to me and physically showed me on my phone…..and didn’t make me feel like just a clueless old lady!! She is so kind and patient….a real asset to Citizens Bank.

I go to the doctor's office behind the bank
One of the best bank staff around. These ladies are constantly proving efficiency with a smile goes so far, while still taking the small moments to share with their regulars. Very, VERY happy I get to have them handle my everyday banking needs. WELL DONE!
This was hands down the best banking experience I have ever had. From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism and care.
