Clean, bright rooms with new modern technology. Lobby is fashionable and cool. Most service folks were amazing! I’m giving four stars because one male person gave me a lot of attitude for even asking about early check in (two hours early). Don’t know his name but maybe I just got unlucky.
Super locatie en goedverzorgde kamers met home automation. Kamers zijn wel klein.
Swanky hotel with a very tech forward set up. The lobby is great and the service was excellent. Rooms are very small but comfortable. The iPad control and connectivity is great but half of the wall switches for the room no longer worked. Biggest gripe… the elevator is a nightmare. Be prepared to wait as it’s in some sort of weird service mode. Good location easy access to midtown and the 1 train. Seamless check in and check out process.
