love coming here. the front desk ladies are always so sweet. my doctor is AMAZING.
I drove all the way over here to be seen and Machel didn't even seen me came in and ask me to go to the ER that place is horrible that's why I chose to come to the urgentcare And I wasn't even seen. She clearly doesn't care. And does not like her job maybe she shouldn't even be there. I thought this urgent care was for tribal members. To be treated evaluated at least the doctor shouldn't walk in and just tell you to go to the ER she was a sorry unprofessional doctor the nurse was great!
Been to urgent care here twice. First time the Dr called me crazy and acted like I was faking my symptoms. I walked out cussing him out. He wrote a little paper on me for Dr V to read saying I was hostile. After Dr V seen me(west clinic), he diagnosed me with Rocky Mountain spotted fever and laughed at the urgent care Dr notes saying the symptoms were there if he would listen.
