I have been coming to this clinic since I was old enough to remember, and in all these years, I've never experienced an interaction quite like the one I had today. I was over on the side where you get Ultrasounds, X-rays, and Dr. Baughman and Dr. Kautz are and it was the lady in the window closest to the doors to exit the building.
