Service was HORRIBLE! I was not acknowledged when I came in at 12:00, it took an hour for me to get a burger and fry (which I ordered at 12:10 when someone finally came to speak). Then I finally got my burger at 1:00! Also the manager didn’t come apologize or anything, but brought food to the table next to us and apologized to them for their wait. It seemed racist to me. I’m in town for a work conference and the vibe was so off putting! SMH
The Bartender Kaitlyn was amazingly professional, kind, and energetic!!! Plus!!! This bar literally had the word (CHEERS) posted in different languages on every table and the country of that language. That’s a one of a kind experience! So unique, also the locals all say the food is Bomb 5stars
We had such a great experience! We came in with a large group, and the staff handled everything flawlessly. Everyone was incredibly personable, attentive, and checked on us often without ever feeling intrusive. The drinks were excellent, the food was outstanding, and every single person in our party raved about their meal. The atmosphere was fun and welcoming, and it made for a fantastic night. We will absolutely be back—the service, food, drinks, and overall vibe were all top-notch!
Wait staff was great … the chef was awful… he was refusing to make a gluten free chicken for the salad!
