Perhaps one of the absolute best experiences I have had with technicians. Harold was extremely kind and helpful, although I have dealt with Adam extensively and he is truly a rare person AND technician. Extremely capable and skilled in his trade but also just a great person. Highly, highly recommend.
I have an antique DuraLift V-34 from 1979. It stopped rotating clockwise recently. This unit is no longer serviceable and obsolete so you can't order parts. Adam found 3 sources of parts for me. I've tried talked to dozens of shops and was close to scrapping the whole unit. I can't thank Adam enough. I can squeeze out more use for this right at the end of my career
Took a truck there after getting screwed over by a previous shop only for this shop to go through truck completely to provide us an estimate to fix everything. Well they provided us a quote but won’t do the work. So now we are forced to get again take truck to another shop to pay for them to diagnose everything all over we just had to pay for here. Thought this was a great shop but I guess we were wrong.
Harold the owner is a genuine good person. Would trust him with the keys to my house. His business services his customers well. Recommend Citiwide Truck and Crane for the services that they offer.
