Post homes, tried several times to contact them about homes and no never answered the phones not responding back

I've been working with Citiwides for less than a year and I've never felt more supported. David always prompt in responding to our emails and phone calls, and he kept us updated throughout the process.
In 2023 I entered a lease agreement with Mr. Hien Lam, an agent working for Citiwide. It was the final lease I would renew with him during my time as a student at UT Dallas in Richardson, Texas. I always paid on time and at one point Mr. Lam told me that I was a very good tenant. My final lease expired in August 2024.
