Had a call scheduled with Lauren. Tristan contacted me and scheduled the call. I tried to call Lauren multiple times the day I was scheduled to speak with her. She never picked up or called back. If you didn’t feel I was someone you could place, have the courtesy to let me know. Not professional.

Moving to NYC is already a daunting thing, and looking for work only adds stress. However, after speaking with Julie, Alyssa, and then Lindsey, I walked out of the Citi Staffing office feeling better about my chances in the NYC job market and self. The whole team is warm, receptive, and, most importantly, transparent. They are all a lovely and helpful bunch!

I understand that they make most of their money by placing people over and over again in temporary positions, but I met with them several weeks ago and stated that I would prefer permanent employment, but would consider a temporary situation under the right circumstances, and despite my repeated follow-up emails, I have not received so much as the courtesy of a reply.

When my last company abruptly shut down their NY office, Faye was my very first call. I had worked with CitiStaffing fresh out of college in 2011 and had such a great experience with the team that I never doubted reaching back out. The company is the antithesis of your typical placement agency. The CitiStaffing team is collaborative instead of territorial, and thoughtful instead of aggressive.
