Everyone is super attentive and nice
it's a quick 5 mins visit. the doc was in a big hurry to leave. he did write me a prescription but felt it got cut short.
Doctor was VERY rude and in-polite. He said I need to come back to another office because he wants to order contacts I am wearing to verify (I had my glasses). Is it easier to say I need to bring them to appointment? He Blamed COVID And office closure. I never had this experience before! Why should I come twice for no reason? I found MY CONTACTS finally and got the RX. Doctors should be more patients- friendly!!!
Eye Exam went well , especially because the doctor as well as the assistant were both patient and answered my questions !
Doctor didn’t perform a thorough exam. I have to come back to complete the rest. Dr also cut me off when I asked 2 questions, felt like he wanted to do a quick job and go about his day, although I didn’t see any other patients lined up waiting. Also he didn’t want to explain anything. He never even introduced himself. His name wasn’t written on rx. Charged me for lens fitting but never did it. Didn’t dilate my pupils, didn’t look further into my eyes when I mentioned I had prior issues and was concerned with my optic nerve. ... read more
