CiTiFiX was amazing! My daughter had a complicated issue with her phone which involved a multi-step process to fix. The owner was with us every step, and he went above and beyond to make sure that her phone was fixed and her data was saved. We were very grateful for his help and patience!

Replaced my screen in 10 minutes. Great customer service!
I unfortunately did not have a great experience at this store. I bought a screen saver from this store and they applied it to my phone. The next day my phone dropped on the ground and the screen saver popped off. I brought it to the store the next day. I had to buy another one and it was put on my phone crooked.
