Hi! In the process of creating an access panel, the plumber caused extensive damage to the surrounding drywall. This wasn't simply a clean opening that could be patched after the plumbing repair was completed. The drywall around the access panel was broken and compromised to the point that it can no longer support a straightforward patch. We had an emergency gas leak that needed to be resolved immediately.
