My experience has been a pleasant poem.The staff From the front desk to when they take you back to the room has been an amazing one i definitely would recommend friends and family very friendly environment. Open. What did jetton was the entire time they were doing work on my mouth asking me if I'm okay, that's just something I've never experienced before. Jessica was efficient and professional and very nice. Omi was charming and welcome.
Omi and Dr. Rodriguez were amazing. Helped me with an emergency crown replacement so I could make my flight. An amazing team!!
I m very upset about last visit, after doing the clean I was surprised with a copay of $234.55 on my own pocket, usually staff have to explain things before and make sure we understand, we are not all have good knowledge of ensurance, I would have change the appointment to the 1st week of Juanary 2026, I asked the staff if I can talk to a manager they said that s the rules! Dr. Rodriguez is a good dentist. I don't want to hate on him. But OMG the nurses here are TERRIBLE. I've never thought it would even be possible to feel like you're being talked down to at the DENTIST. Their behavior is obnoxious, their technique is abrasive, and they really make it an experience no one would want to have. Definitely not going back here.
