2 stars because the actual dental work itself was fine. Unfortunately, the administrative side was an entirely different story. The prices here are abnormally high to begin with, but I was given a written treatment plan that clearly stated I would have no out-of-pocket costs based on my insurance. Then, without warning, I was hit with a bill for several hundred dollars.
