In general Citibank is the worst bank I have ever dealt with. Make everything harder than it needs to be. Do not use!
I ended up buying my home through one of this CitiBank branch's lenders and very much regret working with both him and CitiBank. The seller's agent even encouraged me not to work with CitiBank specifically, and I wish I would have listened. Between CitiBank's terrible practices and confusing online portal, the lender I worked with and his team were ... so bad. Be aware of Citi- performed scams such as with USO/UWT funds - when they just decide “accelerate” it and investors are left with pennies on dollars of their investments. Citi is notorious for such schemes
