Hard to get a hold of anyone. They charge all this money and continue to raise HOA fees to do nothing. They are charging for maintenance for a Jacuzzi on the property that has been cementing over 10+ years ago. When you leave a voicemail they do not call back. They tack on late fees and interest without notifying you the payment was late until it reaches almost $1K. Horrendous business practice.
RUN RUN RUN FROM THIS MANAGEMENT COMPANY! Citcore / Golden State Management company is extremely unprofessional, unhelpful, and condescending. They hardly answer the phone, have limited hours, and overall make you feel like you irritate them with any questions. They will also allow your HOA to go into debt, provide you with bad information, and allow your property to deteriorate. Manuel came to my condo and spent time on two days working on railings, water heater cabinet door, and garage frame. He does very beautiful work, is extremely thorough and conscientious, and cleaned up after himself. (If I were younger, I would ask him to marry me!😁). Thanks again for great service.
