Staff was not very helpful
S.R. kept me waiting. I was beyond patient. He wasn’t capable of opening a savings account for me with a cashier’s check and proper ID. Over two business days later, still incapable & unresponsive claiming due to my private banking status. How can it be so difficult to accept a cashier’s check from the Chase Bank across the street that is a deposit well worth into $5figures?
