Choosing Michelle Bui (NMLS ID: 332553) as mortgage loan agent is the worst decision I've ever made in my life. She's incapable of anything and it took us 294 emails, 48 days, 2000 dollars late penalty, countless phone calls and sleepless nights to finally close our loan.
