PLEASE DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT HERE. Literally EVERY time I log into online banking they have to email me a code to get in that I have to retrieve and give to them. EVERY time I try to make a Zelle payment they put my account on hold, make me call (M-F 8am-5pm EST only) and spend a 30-40min on the phone to resolve the situation..... EVERY TIME you try to bank you will get a notice telling you you have to take multiple additional steps to complete your transaction. Infuriating
