Citibank is the WORST BANK EVER!!! Good security but WORST SERVICE EVER! Never in my life. I bank there with 5 accounts (which will be pulled out asap) & I needed to open my 501c3 acct which they said would take 2-4 weeks and it's now FIVE MONTHS & still not opened. NOBODY - supervisors, managers, went to ALL 3 local Miami Beach branches, and ALL have the WORST SERVICE EVER & all say there's nothing they can do and I gotta deal with it at the branch.
