Bankers and tellers are helpful. They will research your questions. It is a busy branch with lots of clients so make an appointment. Sophie is great.
I literally called this location to see if I could cash my check drawn from them from my law firm, some guy got snippy with me and said they don’t cash them for non members …. Then I call another location where I was told that all of their banks will as long as it’s under $5000…. I could have made it today if I hadn’t been lied to and treat rudely
They never answer the phone
Went there today waited for over 20 minutes with only 2 people in line. One Teller at the counter on a Friday .Wasted my time had to leave.
This branch still owe me the Exclusive 24K Gold Peek-a-Boo Pendant from 2023. Told me they will look for it, but they never call back...terrible customer service!!!
