Went there today waited for over 20 minutes with only 2 people in line. One Teller at the counter on a Friday .Wasted my time had to leave.
This branch still owe me the Exclusive 24K Gold Peek-a-Boo Pendant from 2023. Told me they will look for it, but they never call back...terrible customer service!!!
I took an insurance check that is through Citibank which is an hour and 15 minutes to get to a Citibank branch I get there and tell me I'm $6.57 over the check cashing limit so I open an account they tell me my money will be available the next day on the 24th is the next day on the 24th and I still cannot get to my money you get no help from customer service and it's all a bunch of crap I will never use this bank again as soon as I get my money I'm closing my account
Dmb ppl opening accounts in banks like this!!! No branch’s like BofA everywhere
