Horrible establishment. Very rude people. Drove an hour to cash my fidelity check they said they can’t cash anything over $5,000. So I called customer service and they said that not true. Non menbers can cash checks there no limits anything over $5,000 will have a $7 fee. So I went back in and told them that. Talked with the manager even and they STILL said it’s against policy and they can’t do anything. Absolutely ridiculous. If I could give it zero stars I would. Playing with people’s money and time like that.
I deposited a financial hardship check that was meant to pay my rent through my retirement account (Fidelity) and they are deciding to hold my check for 2 weeks because they got "confidential information" it may not pay. I hate this bank. They have the worse set up, the worse customer service and really are not for the ppl. I can not wait til these funds are released so I can close out my account and be done with them.
Bankers and tellers are helpful. They will research your questions. It is a busy branch with lots of clients so make an appointment. Sophie is great.
I literally called this location to see if I could cash my check drawn from them from my law firm, some guy got snippy with me and said they don’t cash them for non members …. Then I call another location where I was told that all of their banks will as long as it’s under $5000…. I could have made it today if I hadn’t been lied to and treat rudely
