Staff is very kind and helpful
I spoke to Chris Sanders over the phone and he was rude. He spoke to me as if I was wasting his time, very short answers and not very friendly. I felt like I was rush off the phone.
The people who work here are very nice however my complaint is with Citi bank and the service they give all around. I have had an available balance for weeks now after I did a mobile deposit they wontnlet me access my funds kr my account period! I've been down to the branch i don't know how many times and have wasted hours on the phone with their customer service. I am so frustrated with these people who are not helpful at all! I don't recommend this bank to anyone! For any reason!
