This bank is horrible. I called to ask a question about my credit card and she kept directing me to an Indian call center. I had spoken to this call center twice before and requested a new card be sent out to my new address since I never received the original one that was mailed out. Still after three months I hadn't received my new card. So I called this branch to see if I could get some better assistance. After reading the reviews I didn't know what to expect but I had a whole different experience with Citibank in Walnut Creek. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and was helped by John Latifi who was more than gracious in trying to figure out my problem. I had a fraud charge on my credit card and John was able to troubleshoot it quickly. I had spent weeks on the phone with the customer service number on the back of my cars to no avail. I made a good decision to walk in and let the pros handle it. Thanks John
