If I could I would give this place zero stars! It took calling for months and filing a dispute with my CC company to finally get my deposit back! After 5 months! The car they gave me was trash and had the check engine light on. I was so nervous driving it during my trip! These guys are crooks! Do not ever rent a car from this place! the only place i used my credit card to rent a car in los angeles… now i see random charges $20 here, $45 there…. they steal your info and use your credit card to buy stuff.. dont rent from them, its been 4 month didnt get deposit back.. and please dont reply “sorry ect…..” stop stealing, what goes around, comes around.
