I really just want to appreciate all the staff working at the Hegenes Property, Citi Park Apartments. Amy, Tanner and Steve. The level of help they showed me was nothing I have seen when it comes to property managers. My case was an especially difficult one but they worked with me, looking and suggesting for possible solutions. And not only were they very supportive, their apartments are also really nice for the prices they have. I cannot recommend living in these apartments. The cockroach infestation wasnt disclosed before i signed the lease, and it was clearly a big problem at that point, and it continued to be an emotionally draining experience. My neighbors were loud and left garbage in the hallways, damaged my vehicle when parked in my designated spot, propped the security doors open often and for prolonged periods of time, and left pet waste in the yards.
