HORRIBLE SERVICE! I would strongly advise anyone considering Citi Medical of Canarsie to think twice before coming here. Based on my friend’s experience, this facility demonstrated an unacceptable level of unprofessionalism, poor communication, and a lack of respect for patients’ time. DO NOT GO HERE. I would not recommend at all. It’s a bunch of old out of practice Drs. If my grandmother kept going there she would have died. She was in AFIB and heart failure for a while before I transferred care and began to get drs at NYU to evaluate. On top of that Dr. young prescribed medication for a flight and we had to pick it up in a paper towel from a random house. They’re so slow and very professional in there.
