This agency doesn't deserve a star. Wrost agency ever... so unprofessional. They really don't care about the patient and yet they like to steal from the aides. My grandmother had stroke and she has been sent home for two weeks no one from the agency check up on her not even the visiting nurse. I have to stay with her while the aide didn't show up but no one call to let us know what has happened and when I call then no one answer yet the website says the open on the weekend. Worst agency ever not one soul over there professional everything takes more than 2 years for you to start working this is a waste of time that is so crazy.
Dont do it,this agency is terrible,aids dont show up to work,my mother with dementia was left alone for 30 minutes aid left her with naighbor they lost her meds they dont take responsibility agency tell you they have no one and call ambulance if family dont show up the derictor and supervisor of aids will not care.
