Worst agency ever not one soul over there professional everything takes more than 2 years for you to start working this is a waste of time that is so crazy.
Dont do it,this agency is terrible,aids dont show up to work,my mother with dementia was left alone for 30 minutes aid left her with naighbor they lost her meds they dont take responsibility agency tell you they have no one and call ambulance if family dont show up the derictor and supervisor of aids will not care.
The absolute worst agency in the world. Only reason I continued to use it is because there was 1 good aide named Blondine. And even she hated working for this agency. My grandmother is American who speaks only English. yet they only have creole, French speaking aides. I always had to get someone to translate or do a bit of make up as we go sign language.
