One of the most UNPROFESSIONAL agents I’ve encountered Aurel Savin - he hosted an open house today. I arrived on time and found a note on the door that instructed interested people to text the cell number. The agent Aurel answered saying to give him a few minutes. So I waited, outside the building in the 30 degrees weather, not even the lobby. 10 minutes went by and I texted again and Aurel said he was with clients, to give him time. I don't know about the rest of the people who work here, but do not do business with Joseph Linder and Jed Wilder. They are beyond incompetent and cannot answer basic questions about anything. We're about to move into a building they showed us and everything is a mess because of their incompetence. Happy apartment hunting to all. Please do it elsewhere.

Joseph Linder is an excellent agent. He found exactly what we were looking for and brokered a great price for us! Highly recommend him!
