I visited this branch a few times and Eric B was above and beyond. I went to another branch and banker refused to help but he is very professional and helpful. He is kind and saved me money and time.
I went into this branch with a confirmed online appointment and showed the email to the customer service person seated at her desk. There were 0 customers in the branch and a full staff of employees at the time. She told me that she had no idea what I was talking about , and did not offer her assistance in any way.
