Ineptitud absoluta. Tras tres visitas son incapaces de gestionar cosas sencillas y derivan continuamente a teléfonos "800" atendidos por máquinas. Evitar este "banco" a toda costa.
Poor customer service. Staff not responsive to the needs of its clients and are not very knowledgeable
Carmen Ferrufino is incredibly incompetent. Went in to open a credit card. She literally had ONE job: copy my details from my driving license to the application. She got my name wrong. Then she told me she cannot correct it and I have to fix it myself through their helpline. I've lost hours of my time on their frustrating helpline. I would have been better off just applying online for a credit card.
Abysmal customer service. I went to convert some unused Pounds, from a trip to the UK, to Dollars and then deposit them in my Citi checking account. The clerk, who initially didn’t know how to do that, asked a colleague who told her it would be a $30 fee on top of the exchange rate, and would take 30 days, despite Citi’s website stating it was a $5 fee (free for Citigold accounts or transactions over $1000) and no mention of a 30 day timeframe.
