The people in the branch are nice, but corporate dropped the ball. downgrading this review to one star.
A great, friendly service-oriented branch. Always solution orientated & takes time to serve clients. Fredy served me today on an issue that 2 other branches just shrugged their shoulders to & he checked/double-checked & provided exemplary service. Been going to this branch since 2002 & really dont bother going anywhere else, this is the Citibank branch for service in DC.
Ineptitud absoluta. Tras tres visitas son incapaces de gestionar cosas sencillas y derivan continuamente a teléfonos "800" atendidos por máquinas. Evitar este "banco" a toda costa.
Poor customer service. Staff not responsive to the needs of its clients and are not very knowledgeable
