Great Branch now with a great Branch Manager! I have been with Citibank for as long as I can remember, and for the most part, my branch was the Chatsworth location. Until the last couple years which all my favorite employees and bankers left that branch . On Monday I had to go to the bank in person so I went to Chatsworth as always. after I didn't really get any help, I decided to go to the Northridge location. They have thee worse customer service ever.They had two people working the whole place.It was like a ghost town of no other employees I waited twenty minutes in line.Then I was told sorry they could not help me with my transaction.This bank is conveniently located but unfortunately it wasn't helpful at all.
