This branch is not recommended. I waited in line people ignored me through I was at the front of the line and proceeded to help customers that arrived after me. The Citibank branch down the street though was beyond wonderful - I was going to close my account and kept it open because they were so helpful and knowledgeable!
The service from the receptionist is terrible, we were trying to take some money from the atm and it keeps saying password incorrect, so we went and asked the receptionist, he was unfriendly , when he doesn’t know what to do, he just kept saying ‘I don’t know what is happening.’and then he left me there. Such an awful experience
