I wanted to take a minute to acknowledge the amazing service that Yanglin Pan provided at the Grant Street Citibank branch in San Francisco. She was able to resolve a months-long issue that I had with my Citi debit card in a matter of minutes. Yangling was thoughtful, professional, and personable. Acknowleding great service!
Staff was friendly and helpful, especially Ethan.
Worse experience. Do not recommend.
This branch is not recommended. I waited in line people ignored me through I was at the front of the line and proceeded to help customers that arrived after me. The Citibank branch down the street though was beyond wonderful - I was going to close my account and kept it open because they were so helpful and knowledgeable!
