I am a customer of Citibank. I went to the Wilshire and Westwood branch recently, twice with kind of complicated stuff. The service of one of the tellers, Kevin Ventura was excellent. English is my second language, so my English is not good, but he was very patient, kind, and polite. I was so impressed with his manners.
