Incredibly understaffed. Constant wait because they have 1-2 tellers
Absolutely horrendous people work here. Especially the manager Ana. Got a flat tire pulling into their parking lot to cash my paycheck (issued by Citi Bank). They told me that they ‘don’t cash checks at this location’ and they wouldn’t many any exceptions given the circumstances of me being stranded with a flat tire. They verbatim told me ‘It’s not our issue’. I had to ask someone to come and get me, to go to their other location that would cash the check, and then dropped back off at my vehicle, while on my work lunch break... read more
Woodland Hills Very poor knowledge . Palisades is really nice and bright Woodland Hills New employees are very rude and I’ve been banking there for 42 years . Slow and they don’t really care . They treat seniors horrible and rush rush rush . Leaving for Bank of America
Worst bank ever stay away worst service And I had $20,000 Froud on my account and Citybank won’t take any responsibility ! Now we go to court chase after tham stay away if you like safe place for your hard working money
