This place sucks at customer service
worst service
I stopped by to exchange a $20 bill for two rolls of quarters and they turned me away because I am not a CitiBank customer. Apparently my money isn’t good enough to be one, nor would I want to be after that experience. You’d think they’d prioritize customer service to gain more customers and not turn kind people with money in hand away…no other bank I’ve stopped at previously has even asked me that question. Big turn off. Not a fan.
Horrible customer service. Nobody at the branch seems to know what they’re doing, not even the manager. All so confused and asking each other what to do with no solution lol they end up having to call back offices and make you sit and wait for hours for the simplest things. I mean what a clueless bunch
