I've had a fantastic experience with this branch. The staff are always welcoming, attentive, and detail-oriented. Both the banking and investment teams are exceptionally professional and knowledgeable, making everything from everyday transactions to wealth planning seamless.
It’s no wonder this branch has such a low rating! The service was absolutely appalling. The front-desk employee, Michael Xiao, didn’t even look up at me once from start to finish. His tone was cold and incredibly condescending. I am baffled as to how someone like that was hired—I truly don’t understand how Citibank allows such unprofessional individuals to represent them. Simply terrible!

Best Bank Ever
This bank is a scam! Do not put your money here. Recently opened a checking account, deposited my money in person, and then as soon as my transfer cleared my other bank account, they claimed my account was temporarily unavailable.. then blocked me out of my account for days. I called corporate to find out why my account was blocked, and while they claimed it there is 24 hour assistance, I kept getting transferred to a department that was closed.
