Hector helped me out super nice super friendly amazing person
I had initiated a global transfer on my local branch prior to my vacation, however due to a system glitch, the wire was cancelled. As luck would have it, I transitted in LA n was staying nearby LAX. The Sepulvuda branch was bustling, but we were able to reinitiate the wire, called the relevant teams for confirmation, and got the wire done during my transit. Kudos to Mr. Rodriguez n his team for getting everything going (and appreciate the direction to the nearest In-n-Out Burgers)

Great experience with Raymond! He’s super patient, easy to talk to, and really knows what he’s doing. Raymond handled everything quickly and made the whole process way smoother than I expected. It’s honestly rare to meet someone this professional and this friendly at the same time.
We had to take care of some bureaucracy, and we had a great experience with Raymond. He was very professional, and although the internal system didn't cooperate as much as we would have liked, his persistence paid off and after quite a painful struggle, he was able to process what we needed. It was a relief that some of the stuff we wanted to take care of was finally done. We are extremely grateful to him and his hard work.
