Very good and professional stuff. Coco branch manager was very professional with all questions i had. Helped me and make me bring friends to open account too. They have MGM system where you get compensation for Refferal friends. Definitely recommend this branch.
The teller, Ling Chan was very kind. However, Igor Lu was very rude. I was very suprised at his lack of customer service skills.
I am very pleased to find this Branch with so many Russian speaking stuff. Very friendly atmosphere, knowledgeable Banker, and great experience I had here. Many banks around this area. But this one definitely stood up! Thank you.
