The people who worked there, the main manager, are a Latino guy, he's arrogant, and he doesn't like helping people. They should either change the staff or close that bank. It's on 14th St. Nw Columbia
This bank is absolutely maddening. I walked in with a straightforward goal: pay off my credit card debt in full and close all my accounts. I had everything ready—my credit cards and the exact amount they claimed I owed. But instead of a simple transaction, they told me it couldn’t be done. Can you believe that? I have an excellent credit score & income, I am a former City Bank client and credit card client and got declined for an Amercian Airlines credit card because I have "too much unused credit compared to my credit lines...". Clearly City doesn't want to do business with clients like me, so my money will 100% go somewhere else. I would advise you to stay away as well.
One of the worst citibank branches if is not the worst. It seems all the tellers take a break at the same time that happens when every time I go to this branch .
